Public Storage Canadian Properties
Public Storage Canadian Properties ("PSCP") was a publicly-traded limited partnership until September 8, 2010. PSCP owned self-storage facilities that operated under the "Public Storage" trade name.
On September 8, 2010, the limited partners ("Unitholders") approved a transaction whereby all limited partnership units were acquired by PS Canada Company LLC. This website provides former Unitholder with historical financial and tax information. If any Unitholder has questions regarding the submission of their units in connection with the acquisition by PS Canada Company ULC, the unit holder should contacted either their broker or the transfer agent: CIBC Mellon Trust Co.
